Thursday, October 6 - Rocket Launch

3, 2, 1...blast off!!!

The rocket launch is nearly here - plan to join us on Thursday, October 6th.

Here's the plan...
Kindergarten (Lion) Scouts along with their adult(s) should proceed directly to the field behind the middle/high school by way of Newton Street off of Goodale Street (it's where the road ends in the green area [see map below]) for 6:00 pm.

First Grade (Tigers) and any other Scouts not wanting to walk to the location may also go directly to the field as noted above.

All other Scouts that are willing to walk to our destination will meet at the First Congregational Church (26 Central Street) by 6:00 pm and we will plan to walk from there to the field on Newton Street. Any parents willing to join us for the walk are appreciated. We will plan to depart for the walk up Newton Street by about 6:05 with an anticipated arrival time at the field by about 6:20 or so.

Please try to coordinate where your vehicle(s) will be - we will end the meeting at the field and there will be no planned method for getting back to the church parking lot (though I would expect that we will be able to find a way to assist anyone that needs it).
